As Regional Supply Chain Controller Emerging Markets, you will be part of the Emerging Markets Regional Finance team, supporting the financial steering and performance management of the Supply Chain across the region.
Reporting to the Director Regional Supply Chain Controlling Emerging Markets and based in Dubai, you will act as a senior individual contributor, providing regional coordination, analytical insight, and financial transparency across Supply Chain topics. The role plays a key part in connecting markets, Centers of Excellence, and global teams, while supporting regional initiatives, reporting, and continuous improvement.
This position offers broad exposure across multiple markets and stakeholders, combining analytical depth with strong business partnering.
Business Partnership & Performance Management
- Act as a regional finance partner to the Supply Chain organisation, providing transparency and insight on key Supply Chain financial KPIs.
- Support performance management and target achievement across core Supply Chain metrics.
- Translate Supply Chain data into clear financial insight to support regional decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with regional Supply Chain teams on continuous improvement initiatives.
Regional Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate and consolidate regional Supply Chain planning and forecasting activities.
- Ensure timely, complete, and accurate monthly reporting in line with group requirements.
- Consolidate regional commentaries, business reviews, and deep dives.
- Act as a key interface between markets, Centers of Excellence, and global Supply Chain Finance teams.
Regional Initiatives & Continuous Improvement
- Support digitalisation and further development of Supply Chain performance reporting.
- Deliver ad hoc analyses to support regional and global Supply Chain initiatives.
- Contribute to regional and global Supply Chain Controlling projects and cross-functional initiatives.
- Support the development and rollout of best practices across Emerging Markets.
- Drive efficiency, consistency, and transparency in Supply Chain Controlling processes.
- Drive Emerging markets controlling academy and community
Your Profile
You are a finance professional with a strong controlling background and demonstrated experience working on Supply Chain-related topic, comfortable operating in a regional, matrix-driven environment as a senior individual contributor. You combine analytical strength with collaboration and a proactive mindset.
- A university degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Professional qualifications (CIMA, ACCA, CFA or similar) is an advantage
- 7+ years of professional experience in Finance / Controlling, with strong exposure to Supply Chain topics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and quality.
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix organisation with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with Power BI, Power App, Power Automate is an advantages.
- Project management experience is a plus.
