About the Role
We are seeking an accomplished and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts within a designated region. This is a player/coach role that combines hands-on sales execution with strategic team leadership. You will be responsible for both achieving your own sales targets and driving the success of a regional sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior sales leader with strong industry expertise and a proven ability to deliver revenue growth in a competitive, tech-driven market. You will play a pivotal role in executing regional go-to-market strategies and contributing significantly to the company’s overall sales goals.

Qualifications
Required Skills
Proven success in both individual sales and team leadership roles. Strong communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
Preferred Skills
Deep knowledge of enterprise sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, SPI). Subject matter expertise and proven experience with technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Cybersecurity.
