About the role


As we continue our journey to become one of the world’s leading food players - expanding our portfolio and strengthening our footprint across the Middle East - we are seeking a highly strategic and commercially driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our operations across the Gulf (UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait), Saudi Arabia, and Iraq.


Based in Dubai, you will drive profitable growth by shaping sales strategy, leading distributor partnerships, and ensuring flawless in‑market execution across diverse trade channels. This is a high‑impact leadership role offering long‑term career growth, autonomy, and the opportunity to influence the region’s continued expansion in a dynamic and rapidly evolving FMCG environment.


  • Lead the development and execution of regional sales strategies to deliver growth in NSV, market share, and profitability.
  • Strengthen and manage key distributor and retailer partnerships across the Gulf, Saudi Arabia, and Iraq.
  • Drive accurate forecasting, commercial planning, and full P&L accountability for the region.
  • Optimise RTM models and ensure best‑in‑class in‑store execution across all trade channels.
  • Analyse market, category, and competitor insights to identify new opportunities, including NPD and portfolio expansion.
  • Oversee operational excellence, inventory management, and regional trade marketing execution.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally and present performance insights to senior leadership.



About You


You are a results‑driven regional sales leader with deep FMCG expertise, strong commercial acumen, and an ability to navigate diverse markets with agility and cultural awareness. You thrive in fast‑growing, entrepreneurial environments and bring a strategic mindset paired with the ability to execute with precision.


You will bring:


  • 10+ years of FMCG sales experience, including at least 5 years in a regional leadership role.
  • Proven success leading distributor‑driven markets across the Middle East, ideally including Gulf countries, Saudi Arabia, and Iraq.
  • A strong track record of delivering sales growth, expanding market share, and improving RTM efficiency.
  • Exceptional negotiation, relationship management, and stakeholder‑influencing skills.
  • Commercial strength in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L accountability.
  • Experience working across both multinational and entrepreneurial, high‑growth environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field; MBA desirable.
  • Fluency in Arabic is highly advantageous.
