About The Job

As a Retail Learning Manager, you will plan, implement, and deliver a structured learning and development program for Midwest and Mid-Atlantic Region. You will support the needs and vision of business objectives, as well as the learning and development needs of our teams. Through consistent follow up and on-the-job coaching, you will ensure the development of the Store and Team Manager’s leadership skills to lead their retail teams confidently and skillfully. Your expertise and leadership will support our teams to exceed in their roles, with the collective goal of delivering service excellence through an elevated Client experience.

This position will be located on-site in the DC metro market OR Philadelphia.

The Retail Learning Manager is responsible for:

  • Preparing and facilitating the Louis Vuitton Retail Training Strategy, including in-store and regional inductions, training modules, and individual training plans based on stores/regions specific needs.
  • Supporting the region in driving customer delight through ensuring applied learning of selling skills, by way of observation and coaching.
  • Providing ongoing mentorship to the store teams crafted to support the improvement of proficiencies, attitudes, and behaviors of all team members.

The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD$120,000 - $150,000 annually, plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions. This position will require an on-site schedule.
