This is a full-time on-site position for a Regional Partner, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Regional Partner, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including employers, educational institutions, and freelancers. You will identify growth opportunities, drive business development, and oversee partnerships to achieve mutually beneficial results. Additional responsibilities include representing the organization at regional events, ensuring successful implementation of initiatives, and working collaboratively with teams to meet regional objectives.

• Strong business development, partnership management, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience in strategic planning, sales, and account management
• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills
• Project management and organizational skills
• Proven ability to work in a cross-cultural environment and build relationships
• Experience in education, recruitment, or related sectors is a plus
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
