Regional Offloads Operations Leader

Job Description Summary

The Regional Offloads Operations Leader is responsible for leading operational execution across a defined region of offload partners, ensuring alignment to business priorities, operational standards, and customer commitments. This role serves as the key regional operations leader connecting offload partner performance to GE Aerospace services network objectives through rigorous operating cadences, shop performance management, and cross-functional issue resolution.

Reporting to the Global Offloads Operations Leader, this role drives consistency in partner shop execution, supports the connection of S&OP plans to actual performance through SV data management, and leads regional operating mechanisms focused on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Productivity (SQDIP). The Regional Offloads Operations Leader partners closely with internal stakeholders and external providers to identify risks, close execution gaps, and drive performance improvement using FLIGHT DECK principles, structured problem solving, and action planning.

Role Overview

• Lead regional oversight of offload partners to ensure execution to business commitments, customer requirements, and company operational standards.
• Serve as the primary regional operations interface between GE Aerospace and assigned offload partners.
• Drive consistent shop execution across regional partner sites through performance reviews, operating cadences, and standard work.
• Monitor and analyze SV data to connect regional S&OP plans with actual shop performance, output, and constraints.
• Identify operational gaps, emerging risks, and recovery actions through routine performance analysis and direct partner engagement.
• Lead regional operating cadences and provide clear visibility to performance, risks, action plans, and escalation needs.
• Partner with offload providers through joint operating reviews focused on SQDIP, execution discipline, constraint management, and delivery performance.
• Escalate and resolve regional constraints in partnership with key cross-functional teams, including Materials, Quality, PSE, planning, and sourcing, to improve performance and protect customer commitments.
• Drive accountability and continuous improvement across regional offload partners through action-oriented follow-up and disciplined performance management.
• Apply FLIGHT DECK principles, lean operating practices, and best practices to improve partner operating rhythms and support equivalency with internal SVs.
• Lead structured problem solving to address recurring operational issues, reduce variation, and improve regional partner performance.
• Support standardization of operating mechanisms, metrics, and execution expectations across the offload network.
• Provide regional input to the Global Offloads Operations Leader on partner health, capacity, risks, recovery plans, and improvement priorities.
• Build strong working relationships with partner leadership teams to foster transparency, responsiveness, and long-term operational performance.
• Promote a culture of safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement across the regional offload network.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent knowledge and experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, manufacturing, supply chain, services, or related operational leadership roles.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading operations or performance management across multiple sites, suppliers, or external partners.
• Demonstrated experience working in a matrixed environment with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience managing performance through operating cadences, metrics, and action planning.
• Working knowledge of SQDIP and operational performance management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence with internal teams and external partners.
• Experience in structured problem solving, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
