Job Description
Welcome diversity and apply as you are!
At Adisseo, we cherish the value of diversity whatever it may be.
Role Purpose
This is a hands-on execution and delivery role, not a supervisory or strategy role.
The Regional Marketing Operations & Omnichannel Manager personally builds and runs the region's omnichannel campaigns, owns the marketing platforms and data, and is accountable for the operational delivery of every marketing activity across IMEA. Alongside this, the role directly line-manages two operational team members based in Dubai and India, and is responsible for their objectives, performance and development.
The successful candidate is someone who has done this work themselves — in the tools, on the campaigns, with the numbers — and can continue to do so while building a team that can carry the run-rate.
Omnichannel Execution (hands-on)
Personally build, launch and optimise campaigns across email, social, web, webinars, distributor and partner channels — briefing them out to an agency is not the expectation.
Localise and activate global campaigns across 15+ IMEA markets, working directly in the platforms.
Maintain a consistent content and messaging flow across all channels, and own the regional campaign calendar and asset library.
Manage external agencies and vendors where used, while retaining full in-house execution capability.
Work directly with Marketing Managers (Poultry, Ruminants, Aqua) and Sales to convert commercial priorities into live activity.
Platforms, Data & Automation
Own day-to-day administration of the marketing automation stack and its integration with CRM: build audiences, workflows, forms, landing pages and nurture journeys.
Build and maintain campaign dashboards and reporting; ensure lead capture, routing and sales follow-up work end to end.
Maintain data quality, segmentation, and consent/opt-in compliance across the region.
Performance & Marketing Spend
Track and report campaign, event and sponsorship performance against agreed KPIs — reach, engagement, lead volume and quality, pipeline contribution, cost per lead.
Maintain the regional activity and spend tracker; support forecasting, PO and payment follow-up, and reconciliation with Finance. (Budget ownership sits with the Marketing Director; this role is accountable for accuracy, discipline and visibility.)
Make evidence-based recommendations on where to stop, scale or reallocate spend.
Marketing Operations Excellence
Own and complete the IMEA marketing operations framework: standard processes, templates, service levels, event playbooks, supplier structure and record-keeping.
Treat documentation as a standing deliverable — processes and knowledge must live in the system, not in individuals.
Consolidate and manage the regional supplier base for events and activities (venues, catering, logistics, travel, visa support) in coordination with Finance and Procurement.
Ensure compliance with corporate policies, brand standards and local legal/regulatory requirements.
Team Management (2 direct reports)
Directly line-manage the Marketing Activities Specialist (MEA, Dubai) and the Marketing Activities Admin (ISC, India) — remote, across countries and cultures.
Set clear and measurable objectives, run regular one-to-ones, and manage performance actively, including addressing underperformance through a structured improvement plan.
Allocate workload across a high annual volume of activities in 15+ markets, and build cover so no activity depends on a single person.
Develop both team members' capability and progressively delegate run-rate execution.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
5+ years in B2B marketing, including at least 3 years in a hands-on omnichannel and digital execution role.
Demonstrable personal execution. The candidate must be able to walk through campaigns they built and ran themselves — the platform, the setup, the audience logic, the results. Strategy-only or agency-oversight-only backgrounds are not a fit for this role.
Builder-level (not user-level) proficiency in marketing automation and CRM — Salesforce Marketing Cloud / Account Engagement, HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of direct line management of at least one to two people, preferably remote and in a different country. Must include setting objectives, run performance reviews, and handling a performance issue.
Proven ownership of campaign reporting, marketing spends tracking and ROI analysis.
Event and activity operations experience at scale — multiple markets, high annual volume.
Strong process discipline and documentation habits.
Fluent English; comfortable working across MEA and ISC time zones and business cultures.
Preferred
B2B industrial, agribusiness, animal nutrition, life sciences or technical-product sector experience.
Experience in a matrixed multinational with a global marketing headquarters.
Additional languages: Arabic, French, Hindi or Turkish.
Inclusive & diverse Culture: Be part of a multicultural and global team of 62 nationalities, operating in 100+ countries, that values diversity, promotes inclusion, and supports work-life balance in a respectful and safe work environment.
Benefits: care program, vacation & paid time off, profit-sharing and performance incentives.
Learning & Career Development: benefit from continuous training, mentoring, and learning programs, with equal access to career advancement and leadership opportunities.
Sustainable and innovative company: work on meaningful projects using cutting-edge technology, with the freedom to innovate and make a real difference. Because we contribute to feeding 8 billion people, sustainability is not an option - it is our ambition.
