In this position, you will be the marketing lead for these territories, acting as the primary marketing counterpart to local Sales leadership and key channel stakeholders.

About the role

As Regional Marketing Manager for Africa and Türkiye, you will translate and execute commercial priorities into focused, measurable marketing plans that drive pipeline growth, partner activation, customer engagement and brand strength across the territories.

Operating within Milestone's two-tier go-to-market model, the role combines end-to-end territory marketing responsibility with hands-on channel marketing ownership. You will lead the execution of marketing activi-ties, including demand generation, physical and digital events, campaigns and other marketing activations. You will also manage the territory marketing budget, measure performance, and optimize investments to maximize commercial impact.

You will work closely with Sales leadership, Channel Business Managers (CBMs), Distribution Channel Manag-ers (DCMs), Technology Partner Managers, Global Marketing and EMEA Marketing to align priorities and maxim-ize commercial impact.

You will report to Head of Regional Marketing, EMEA.

What you will do

• Own and drive the annual marketing plan for Africa and Türkiye, aligning marketing investments and activi-ties with commercial objectives, regional priorities, and growth targets.
• Partner with Sales, CBMs and DCMs to identify priority markets, growth opportunities, and strategic initia-tives.
• Develop and execute joint marketing plans with distributors, resellers, and technology partners to strength-en engagement and generate demand.
• Lead demand generation activities across the region, including trade shows, partner and customer events, webinars, digital campaigns, and other field marketing initiatives.
• Localize and activate global and EMEA campaigns to local market needs, target audiences, and commercial priorities.
• Define and track campaign objectives, KPIs, pipeline contribution, and ROI, using insights to optimize mar-keting performance and future investments.
• Manage the regional marketing budget and partner marketing funds, ensuring effective allocation of re-sources and compliance with governance requirements.
• Build trusted relationships with sales leadership and key partners, serving as the primary marketing contact across Africa and Türkiye.

What you bring

We are looking for someone with:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• Proven experience in B2B marketing, specifically in a two-tier channel model.
• Strong experience in developing and executing marketing plans with channel partners.
• Strong commercial mindset and understanding of how marketing contributes to growth.
• Experience managing multiple projects, priorities, budgets and stakeholders across markets.
• Digital mindset and experience delivering multi-channel demand generation programs.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with Sales, partners and cross-functional teams.
• Experienced working across cultures and geographies.
• Native or bilingual proficiency in English, professional working proficiency in Arabic, French, and/or Turkish are an advantage.
