What will you be doing at MBRF?
Responsible for consolidating and governing Inventory Planning and Replenishment activities across the MENA region, ensuring the optimal balance between product availability, inventory investment, and stock health. The role leads the deployment of regional inventory management policy, replenishment strategies and planning processes, while supporting business growth, working capital optimization, and service level targets. The position acts as the key interface between Commercial, Supply Planning, Logistics, Finance and local market teams to drive inventory excellence and standardization across all markets.
Define and govern regional inventory management and replenishment policies.
Consolidate inventory planning and replenishment governance across all MENA markets.
Monitor and optimize inventory levels while ensuring product availability.
Lead inventory performance reviews and identify improvement opportunities.
Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines, ensure adherence to BRF Sustainability Plan through activities in its routines that promotes compliance with the indicators and global ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) commitments of the Company, ensuring the connection between its actions and sustainable development in the BRF chain.
What kind of profile are we looking for?
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field with a strong analytical and quantitative foundation
Minimum of 3 years of experience in S&OP, Demand Planning, KPIs Management, Data Analytics or related fields
Experience with inventory optimization and service level management.
Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in multicultural environments.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions
Strong communication, interpersonal skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
MBA or Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations or Business Administration
APICS CPIM, CSCP or equivalent certification
Lean Six Sigma certification.

Inventory Planning & Replenishment Management – Ability to optimize inventory levels, ensure product availability, manage stock health, and drive replenishment strategies across multiple markets.
Analytical & Data-Driven Decision Making – Strong capability to analyze complex datasets, identify trends, measure KPIs, and translate insights into actions that improve service levels, inventory productivity, and working capital.
Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management – Ability to collaborate and influence Commercial, Supply Planning, Logistics, Finance, Procurement, and market teams to achieve alignment on inventory and replenishment objectives.
Planning Process Governance & Continuous Improvement – Experience establishing policies, standardizing processes, monitoring compliance, and driving improvements in inventory management and planning practices across the region.
Business Acumen & Prioritization – Understanding of the commercial and financial impact of inventory decisions, with the ability to balance service levels, working capital, stock risks, and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
