Lead the regional OMS organization to deliver profitable growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction in alignment with global OMS objectives and regional strategies.

This role ensures the successful deployment of OMS solutions for readiness and maturity of OMS capabilities, continuous innovation, and cost optimization while maintaining strong customer relationships and delivering high-quality service.

In this Regional Head of OMS Position

Profitable Growth & Strategy


  • Develop and execute regional OMS strategy aligned with global objectives.
  • Define short- and long-term goals for OMS growth and maturity.
  • Define and implement effective pricing strategies and solution designs.
  • Collaborate with Sales, BDM, and OFR teams to identify new market segments and growth opportunities.


Operational Excellence & Transformation


  • Oversee OMS operations, infrastructure, and compliance with DHL standards (ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 22301).
  • Drive process standardization, system optimization, operational efficiency and continuous improvement.


Stakeholder & Customer Engagement


  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and key customers.
  • Ensure unified communication and confidence in OMS capabilities.


Financial & Performance Management


  • Own regional OMS P&L, ensuring EBIT and volume targets are met.
  • Establish KPIs and monitor performance across countries.


Innovation & Capability Building


  • Introduce innovations to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
  • Drive training and build a high-performance culture through engagement, coaching, and leadership.
  • Develop organizational structure, roles, and responsibilities; design IKOs with country heads

  • Regional CEO and Global OMS Leadership

  • Sales and Business Development Managers, and OFR Teams
  • Key Customers and Strategic Partners

  • ⁠Education Level: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business; Master’s degree preferred
  • ⁠Experience Level: Minimum 10 years in logistics/supply chain, with at least 5 years in 3PL/Ocean Freight and regional leadership roles

  • ⁠Proven experience in P&L ownership, solution design, and strategic planning
  • ⁠Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and OMS-related systems (Infor Nexus, CW1)
  • Languages: Fluent in English; additional regional languages are an advantage
