Regional Head Of IT Operations

We are looking for a senior a Regional Head of IT Operations to lead IT operations and strategy across for the group’s hotels and other business units. This role combines hands-on leadership with enterprise-level oversight, ensuring technology drives operational excellence, resilience, and long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead IT operations across hotels and corporate offices, ensuring reliability and efficiency.
• Develop and implement scalable, enterprise-wide IT solutions.
• Manage vendors, incidents, and cross-functional IT projects.
• Define IT policies, standards, and governance aligned with regional objectives.
• Collaborate with business leaders to anticipate challenges and deliver strategic solutions.
  
  

• 10–12 years of hospitality IT experience, with multi-property leadership.
• Strong hands-on, results-driven, and accountable approach.
• Experienced with OPERA PMS, CRS, Revinate, Microsoft Azure.
• Strategic thinker capable of delivering enterprise-level solutions.
• Knowledge of network infrastructure and cybersecurity is a plus
