HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
The Regional Commercial VP is responsible for developing and animating the Commercial Community within the MEIAT Region through regional sharing and creation of synergies on all commercial aspects. He/She drives the business performance across the MEIAT Region in leading and supporting the roll-out of transversal projects and being the point of contact for commercial matters within the Region and HQ.
WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?
The Commercial VP – MEIAT is leading the network from a development, performance, growth, and operational perspective, ensuring all markets’ success in driving sales and advancing the networks’ capabilities to engage and meet the needs of the Cartier client. In this role, he/she will work closely with the commercial teams across the Region, Richemont Regional Functions as well as with Cartier International & Group stakeholders.
Animate Commercial Network
- Build strong relationships with teams in the markets to help enhance commercial performance and excellence through impactful projects.
- Promote and coordinate cross information and project sharing to maximise sharing of assets philosophy.
- Promote an Omnichannel mindset of Retail teams to deliver a seamless Client experience.
- Support all markets on commercial topics/projects, and especially accompany emerging markets in bringing commercial expertise.
Drive business performance
- Develop a strategic roadmap that defines and integrates a commercial performance mindset using KPI’s and data to drive and accelerate growth across the network.
- Centralise the overview and performance of projects within the region across all networks: pilots, initiatives, and implementation of new projects.
- Propose, build and harmonise efficient tools to pilot performance in collaboration with Regional Marketing and Finance departments.
- Drive People Performance through clearly defined targets, the right boutique organisation (FTE; productivity) and commission scheme.
- Coordinate network strategy (business opportunities consolidation & arbitration, CAR process coordination).
- Monitor competition on Commercial activities and performance.
Ensure Operational Excellence
- Accompany MEIAT markets to develop their Retail Experience & Commercial expertise and deployment of such (e.g. workshops, Retail experience brief card for SDP projects, Boutique animation, Watch POS Network expansion).
- Establish an operational foundation (daily back of house standards, stock management, Boutique opening, project and technology implementation/business solutions, training. etc.) for the Boutiques providing clear, sustainable solutions to ensure operational excellence that incorporates synergies across the commercial corporate framework and in coordination with continuous improvement across the business.
- Co-lead the deployment of major projects (e.g. Boutique Flows, Continuous improvement, Experience design) and conduct specific streams to provide solutions to markets.
- Ensuring Cartier MEIAT’s compliance by designing, testing and reporting of all internal control systems to meet brand & group standards.
- Support with review and update of Boutique Operations Manual (BOM) and co-construction with regional, market and international teams.
Oversee key retail functions, Regional Hubs of Expertise (VM, CRC, Ecommerce, High-End, SDP)
- Lead regional SDP team that translates innovative store design solutions standpoint and executes effective and timely construction/build outs of renovation and new store concepts.
- Arbitrage Capex according to Regional priorities.
- Orchestrate visual merchandising & visual experience in store.
- Drive ecommerce performance and roll out new ecommerce platforms.
- Lead CRC strategy and performance. Prepare CRC internalisation.
- Define and lead the development of the High-End business across the region: establish Cartier as the referent High End jeweller as per the Maison’s ambitions through strategic planning, improved processes, client experiences, and a solid external & internal communications plan.
- Ensure the implementation of the Cartier International Guidelines and standards in the region and across network for these key retail functions.

- Build a sustainable and performant organisation to deliver against the regional ambitions in line with the market action plan.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of professionals.
- Cultivate a culture of excellence, fostering innovation, creativity, and client centricity within the team.
- Inspire forward leadership to motivate Commercial community team.
- Build local talent strategy and partnerships to source, develop and retain the right talent for the evolving organisation.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
Minimum of
15+ years of senior executive level experience in a multinational organisation including in a commercial & retail field with a master’s degree in business administration or equivalent
