As Regional Brand Manager, MET, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Regional Brand Director to bring Mandarin Oriental’s brand strategy to life across the Middle East and Turkey. This includes driving regional brand programmes, delivering multi-channel campaigns, and executing content-driven storytelling that resonates with both global and local audiences. You will actively contribute to the launch of new hotel openings, rebrands, special projects, and regional brand-led initiatives - including event activations, partnerships, influencer collaborations, and digital marketing.

You will work closely with hotel marketing teams, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure brand consistency, strategic alignment, and high-impact execution in line with the Group’s long-term goals.

As a Regional Brand Manager MET, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Support the Regional Brand Director with the execution of go-to-market strategies across new openings, rebrands, and special projects.
  • Assist in the rollout and localisation of global and regional campaigns across key owned and paid channels, including social media, performance marketing, email, and partnerships.
  • Lead the execution of regional brand events and experiential activations, collaborating closely with agency partners, F&B, Spa, and property marketing teams.
  • Coordinate and support the production of content and creative assets including photography, video, and collateral, ensuring high-quality brand storytelling aligned with our brand identity.
  • Collaborate with the Groups global creative and digital teams to bring branded initiatives such as global campaigns, key visual development, and seasonal offers to life in the region.
  • Work closely with regional hotels to support media partnerships, KOL/influencer engagement, and public relations opportunities that build brand awareness and drive conversion.
  • Liaise with agency and internal stakeholders to measure performance of regional campaigns and activations; track ROI, report KPIs, and recommend optimisations.
  • Keep a pulse on emerging trends, customer behaviour, competitor activity, and cultural movements in the region to inform relevant and timely brand strategies.
  • Ensure all activations and creative executions are aligned with MOHG’s global brand guidelines and strategic objectives.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication across projects to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Ensure annual brand audits are completed across the portfolio.
  • Support day-to-day communication and alignment with hotel-based Directors of Marketing and PR Managers.

As Regional Brand Manager MET, We Expect From You

  • Minimum 4–6 years’ experience in brand, marketing, communications, or content-led roles, ideally within luxury hospitality, lifestyle, fashion, or premium consumer brands.
  • Strong brand sensibility and storytelling mindset, with a sharp eye for content quality and detail.
  • Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end across creative, commercial, and operational functions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams and external partners.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Understanding of luxury consumer behaviour and cultural nuance in the Middle East & Turkey.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, and/or Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
  • English fluency required; Arabic language skills are a plus.
