About the Role:

We are currently on the lookout for a dynamic Regional Organization & Improvement Manager for the Regions Gulf and Arab Countries and Africa Levante, to join our People & Organization (P&O) team on a one-year contract basis. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the APAC MEA Area Organization & Improvement and Regions P&O in driving organizational evolution in terms of organizational structure, ways of working, governance, and processes to achieve our business objectives.

This role also includes overseeing SG&A and workforce planning, along with all budget-related activities. Specifically, you will have the responsibility of managing one team member dedicated to P&O planning.

Main Responsibilities:

By covering this position, you will oversee the development and implementation of organizational design to support the Ferrero Groups evolution acting as a sparring partner of the Region Manager. This includes integrating new roles and responsibilities and establishing new processes for whole Value Chain functions. You will also conduct gap analyses, define organizational evolution plans, and proactively address key organizational issues.

You will define change management projects and initiatives, acting as a change agent by providing methodologies and arguments.

Moreover, your mission will be to manage the implementation of organizational projects and participate in transformation projects, providing updates and proposals to address issues and prioritize tasks. As the Organization & Improvement Manager, you will plan, design, and monitor departmental governance mechanisms to ensure that main processes are structured and that the necessary actors are involved.

You will help in defining Group Policies in line with corporate processes, conducting risk assessments, and addressing remediation priorities considering ongoing organizational projects.

As part of the SG&A (Selling, General & Administrative expenses) budget planning responsibility, you will be involved in developing, monitoring, and analyzing the budget for the non-production costs of a business. This includes responsibilities like assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, monitoring expenditures, conducting variance analysis, and collaborating with other departments to gather financial data.

As part of the Workforce Management Planning, your role focuses on aligning an organizations workforce with its strategic goals. Key responsibilities include developing workforce plans, conducting workforce analysis, collaborating with stakeholders, and monitoring key performance indicators.

Who we are looking for:

You will bring your educational background in Business Management, or other related fields with 8-10 years of experience in Consulting, Organization Improvement roles within a multinational environment or in other P&O relevant roles.

Your strong background in managing continuous improvement projects and HR processes will enable you to work flexibly and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Additionally, stakeholder management and influencing skills are essential, as are strong analytical capabilities and the ability to provide guidance in a large, complex organization. Key skills include financial modelling abilities, understanding of budgeting processes, data analysis, understanding of HR principles, and the ability to translate business goals into workforce needs are crucial.

You will bring your experience and passion for process harmonization, combined with your deep knowledge of Project Management and Change Management principles, methodologies, and tools with your fluency in English.

As part of the people management responsibilities, you will have strong coaching and performance management skills to guide and develop people effectively while fostering a positive work environment.
