• Demonstrate up-to-date expertise in refrigeration technology and industry best practices.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree in HVACR preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in commercial refrigeration repair and maintenance.
• Valid refrigeration technician certification and compliance with local HVAC standards.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills specific to refrigeration equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Proficiency with refrigeration tools and diagnostic equipment use and maintenance.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Physical stamina to perform strenuous tasks and handle heavy equipment.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and on-call shifts, if required.
