Your Mission

As an REE Auditor, you play a key role in shaping the future performance of compressor systems across the MEA region. You translate operational data and customer challenges into clear, value‑based improvement opportunities for reliability, efficiency, and environmental soundness. By connecting technical excellence with economic impact, you actively enable smarter decisions and sustainable upgrades. Your work directly supports the transformation from transactional service to solution‑driven partnerships.

How you will make a difference

• Conduct REE audits at key oil and gas customers, identifying quantified improvement opportunities
• Translate operational data and end‑user KPIs into clear technical and economic value cases
• Bridge technology and business by supporting value‑based solution proposals and revamp concepts
• Strengthen solution sales through high‑quality audit outputs and technical justification
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Engineering, Product Management, Sales, and Field Service teams
• Continuously improve REE tools and processes to accelerate impact and audit effectiveness
  
  

What you should be good at

• Compressor expertise with strong knowledge of reciprocating compressors and surrounding systems
• Industry understanding of refining, petrochemical, process, or natural gas applications
• Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret operational data and identify improvement levers
• Clear communication to explain complex technical findings in a pragmatic and customer‑focused way
• Structured reporting and presentation with confidence in customer‑facing environments
• International mobility with willingness to travel up to 30%
