Job Description

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring our organization attracts, hires, and retains the right talent to drive our business forward. You will work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and implement effective recruiting strategies to source, screen, and interview candidates. Your ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders, coupled with a keen eye for identifying potential, will be essential to your success in this role. You will also maintain a thorough understanding of current hiring trends and best practices to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, proactive, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify current and future staffing needs.
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications for open roles.
  • Design and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
  • Source potential candidates through online channels such as LinkedIn and job boards.
  • Screen incoming resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools.
  • Coordinate and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Provide recruitment guidance and support to hiring managers and team members.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and prepare recruitment reports.
  • Negotiate offers and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Stay informed of current trends and innovative recruiting techniques.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within a busy HR department.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills required.
  • Ability to identify and engage with qualified candidates for open positions.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Understanding of labor laws and best practices in the hiring process.
