As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be an integral part of a dynamic HR team, playing a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and selecting top-tier talent for our organization. Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to meet organizational staffing needs effectively.
  • Screening resumes, performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
  • Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and providing timely feedback to candidates.
  • Managing the candidate pipeline to ensure a diverse and robust pool of applicants.
  • Building strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance.
  • Performing recruitment marketing initiatives through job postings, networking, and industry events.
  • Maintaining detailed records of candidate interactions and processes within the applicant tracking system.
  • Analyzing recruitment metrics and data to develop insights and improve recruitment efficacy.
  • Collaborating with HR team members on candidate onboarding and integration processes.
  • Staying updated with employment trends to enhance recruitment strategies and candidate experiences.
  • Participating in job fairs, career events, and other networking opportunities to attract talent.
  • Ensuring compliance with all legal and organizational requirements during the recruitment process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruitment specialist or in a similar role for a minimum of two years.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
  • Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software tools.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple recruitment projects.
