Job Description

As a Recruitment Officer, you will play a crucial role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring talented individuals who will contribute to the success and growth of our organization. You will work closely with line managers and other HR professionals to ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a keen understanding of recruitment strategies, and the ability to identify top talent quickly. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying job requirements to onboarding new hires. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify and draft detailed job descriptions and hiring criteria.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and referrals.
  • Screen applications and resumes to shortlist candidates for interviews.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess applicants’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain an effective tracking system for each stage of the recruitment process.
  • Negotiate employment terms and conditions with successful candidates.
  • Assist in designing and implementing onboarding programs for new hires.
  • Stay updated with current recruitment trends and best practices in the industry.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and consultants.
  • Prepare and present recruitment analytics and reports to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines consistently.
  • Proficient in the use of recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
