Responsibilities

  • Screen resumes and applications to identify top candidates for open positions.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, providing feedback to both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain a candidate database to ensure an efficient recruitment workflow.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely and professional communication.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and job placement firms.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics to optimize the recruitment process and improve outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and recruitment regulations throughout the hiring process.
  • Participate in career fairs and other recruitment activities to promote the organization.
  • Assist in developing recruitment policies and procedures to support organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, and databases.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address recruitment challenges.
