The Recruitment Officer is a pivotal role within our human resources department, responsible for attracting, selecting, and onboarding qualified individuals to join our team. Responsibilities

  • Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Manage the recruitment process from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation.
  • Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
  • Prepare and post job advertisements on relevant platforms and networks.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for available roles.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies during recruitment.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to refine hiring strategies and improve efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate screening techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for candidate engagement.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems is required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success.
