Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Recruitment Officer to join our dynamic Human Resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from identifying staffing needs to onboarding successful candidates. You must possess excellent communication skills and a keen understanding of talent acquisition strategies. As a key member of our HR division, you will work collaboratively with hiring managers across various departments to ensure the timely and effective filling of open positions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment, a solid understanding of employment law, and a passion for matching the right candidates with the right roles.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job specifications.
  • Conduct candidate sourcing through online job boards, social media, and database searching.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
  • Coordinate and conduct initial phone and in-person interviews with shortlisted candidates.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience and maintain professional communication throughout the process.
  • Build and maintain a pool of potential candidates for future job openings.
  • Negotiate offers and salaries with selected candidates and extend job offers.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies during the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate with HR team for seamless onboarding and orientation of new hires.
  • Prepare and analyze recruitment reports to improve talent acquisition strategies.
  • Stay updated with the latest recruitment trends and technologies in the industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software tools.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to hiring and recruiting.
