Job Description
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screenings, and interviews.
Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Analyse recruitment data to optimise hiring processes and report on key metrics.
Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Provide guidance and training to hiring managers on recruitment best practices.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Recruitment Manager should have:
Proven experience in recruitment within the customer services industry.
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Keen attention to detail and organisational skills.
Understanding of employment laws and regulations in Dubai.
