About Richmond Properties

Richmond Properties is entering an exciting period of accelerated growth as we expand into larger premises and significantly increase the number of professionals across the business. To support this expansion, we are seeking an experienced Recruitment Director to work alongside our existing Recruitment Director and jointly lead our talent acquisition function during this high-volume growth phase.


This is a hands-on leadership role focused on building scalable recruitment operations, driving hiring performance, and ensuring Richmond continues to attract and retain the best talent in a highly competitive market.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

  • Execute the overall recruitment strategy in line with Richmond’s expansion plans.
  • Partner with senior leadership to forecast hiring needs and build scalable hiring plans.
  • Report on recruitment KPIs, performance metrics, and reporting frameworks.


High-Volume Hiring Delivery

  • Lead large-scale recruitment campaigns for real estate consultants and commercial roles.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle: workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
  • Ensure consistent, efficient, and high-quality hiring outcomes across all departments.


Team Management & Development

  • Manage and develop a team of talent acquisition specialists.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, performance management, and training to drive productivity and quality.
  • Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives across the recruitment function.


Employer Branding & Market Positioning

  • Work closely with Marketing to strengthen Richmond’s employer brand and candidate experience.
  • Develop attraction strategies to position Richmond as an employer of choice in the Dubai real estate market.


Process, Systems & Compliance

  • Design scalable recruitment processes, policies, and workflows to support business growth.
  • Own recruitment systems, ATS optimisation, and data-driven hiring decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labour law and internal governance standards.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior recruitment leadership role, within real estate, property, brokerage, or high-growth sales environments.
  • Strong background in high-volume hiring and building recruitment teams at scale.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and execute recruitment strategies in competitive markets.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of the Dubai recruitment market.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong reporting and analytical capability.
