Responsibilities

  • Negotiate salary packages and ensure job offers are made effectively.
  • Utilize recruitment software to track and manage candidate applications.
  • Assist in the development of recruitment strategies and market mapping.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and provide market insights accordingly.
  • Facilitate and participate in professional networking events and job fairs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, recruitment policies, and ethical standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field required.
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in similar role necessary.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for candidate interactions.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Proficiency with recruitment software and databases is considered an advantage.
  • Solid understanding of employment legislation and recruitment best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively with candidates and clients.
