Job Description

As a Recruitment Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the recruitment process of our organization. You will be responsible for managing the administrative tasks related to recruiting, such as coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and drafting job postings. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews for candidates.
  • Manage and update the candidate tracking system with accuracy and timeliness.

  • Draft and post job advertisements on various job boards and social media.
  • Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates for interviews.
  • Communicate with candidates regarding application status and interview details.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
  • Attend career fairs and recruitment events to attract potential candidates.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and analytics to track hiring progress and trends.
  • Organize and maintain confidential documents and recruitment records.
  • Support onboarding processes by preparing offer letters and new hire documentation.
  • Maintain excellent professional relationships with prospective and existing candidates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective interactions.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently is required.
  • Familiarity with social media recruiting tactics and online job boards.
  • Professional demeanor and commitment to providing excellent candidate experience.
