Job Description

The Recruitment Assistant is a critical member of the HR team, responsible for supporting the recruitment process and ensuring a smooth hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. This role requires a keen attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The Recruitment Assistant plays a key role in job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining applicant tracking systems. The ideal candidate has a passion for recruitment and a desire to learn and grow within the human resources field. With a supportive and collaborative HR team, the Recruitment Assistant will gain exposure to various aspects of recruitment and human resources processes.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in posting job advertisements on job boards and company websites.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for interviews.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking system with candidate information.
  • Communicate with candidates to provide information on application process.
  • Assist in drafting and sending out offer letters and rejection emails.
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.
  • Help organize and participate in recruitment events and job fairs.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company recruitment policies.
  • Conduct initial screenings through phone or video calls as directed.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and metrics for HR leadership review.
  • Keep abreast of recruiting trends and innovations within the industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in recruitment or HR roles is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and capability to meet tight deadlines.
