Job Description

The Recruitment and Onboarding Lead is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing the full-cycle recruitment process and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. This position requires a strategic and hands-on leader who can develop and implement effective recruiting strategies, maintain strong employer branding, and ensure an engaging onboarding process. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in recruitment and talent acquisition, coupled with excellent communication and leadership skills. This role will involve collaborating with hiring managers and HR teams to source, attract, and retain top talent while ensuring that the company culture and values are well-represented throughout the recruitment and onboarding journey.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screenings, and interviews.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate requirements.
  • Implement and maintain an efficient applicant tracking system for seamless talent acquisition.
  • Design and conduct orientation sessions to integrate new employees effectively.
  • Collaborate with HR to improve the onboarding process and enhance employee retention.
  • Maintain and enhance the company’s employer branding through innovative recruitment marketing.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with job boards, agencies, and recruitment sources.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and use data to inform recruitment strategies and practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest in recruitment technology and trends to enhance processes.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws related to recruitment.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to hiring managers on interview techniques and candidate assessment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment and onboarding functions.
  • Proven ability to lead full-cycle recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment software tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills for team collaboration.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining an employer branding strategy.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
