About the Role

Onelink Properties is looking for an experienced Recruiter / Senior Recruiter with a strong background in real estate recruitment. The role will focus on sourcing, headhunting, screening, and shortlisting qualified candidates, particularly real estate agents and property consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and headhunt experienced real estate agents through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
• Screen applications and conduct initial interviews.
• Assess candidates based on their experience, communication skills, market knowledge, and suitability for the role.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Coordinate shortlisted profiles with the hiring team for further evaluation.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular updates.
• Consistently meet agreed sourcing and hiring targets.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the UAE real estate sector.
• Proven experience sourcing and hiring real estate agents or property consultants.
• Strong headhunting, candidate-mapping, screening, and interviewing skills.
• Good knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and other sourcing platforms.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
