Job Description
We’re hiring a remote Recruiter to help us find exceptional talent as Hello Chef continues to grow.
You’ll own our hiring rhythm — screening hundreds of applications, running structured interviews, and ensuring every candidate and hiring manager has a smooth, professional experience.
💡 We’d love to meet someone who:
- Has 4–5 years’ recruiting experience across multiple functions (software engineering, data, marketing, finance, etc)
- Screens high volumes of CVs and conducts structured interviews
- Keeps pipelines clean, notes accurate, and communication prompt
- Works fast and objectively using clear scorecards
- Thrives in a remote, high-trust environment with daily updates
