About The Role

Our Talent Acquisition team plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of Revolut. Recruiters seek out top talent, match the right people to the right roles, and collaborate across the business to build high-performing, forward-thinking teams. With a sharp eye for potential, they help Revolut grow and scale with intention.

We’re looking for a Recruiter who loves solving complex hiring challenges and knows how to identify the top cloud, SRE, and platform talent worldwide. You’ll own the full lifecycle for highly technical roles, partnering with senior engineering leaders to scale our infrastructure organisation globally.

What Youll Be Doing

• Hiring world-class infrastructure, SRE, cloud, and platform engineers and leaders for Revolut globally
• Partnering closely with heads of engineering and tech to define hiring needs and design interview processes
• Owning end-to-end recruitment for critical infrastructure roles (ICs and leadership)
• Building diverse pipelines through direct sourcing and market mapping
• Advising stakeholders on market insights, hiring trends, and competitive intelligence
• Running efficient processes, from first message to signed offer
• Ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience at every stage
• Experimenting with and implementing modern sourcing strategies to boost efficiency and quality
  
  

What Youll Need

• 3+ years of experience as a Tech Recruiter, including infrastructure, cloud, DevOps, SRE, and/or platform hiring
• An understanding of modern infrastructure stacks (AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, observability, etc.)
• A proven track record of delivering results in a dynamic, high-growth environment, meeting ambitious timelines and KPIs
• Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and hiring managers
• Technical acumen
• The ability to quickly learn and adapt to new domains, supporting cross-functional recruitment efforts
• Solid organisational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment analytics tools
• Excellent problem-solving skills with impeccable attention to detail
• High ambition, self-motivation, and passion about our vision
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Fluency in English
