Job Title: Offshore Recruiter

Compensation: $1,500-$1,800 USD per month

Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (Eastern Time) | No OTs, No weekend shifts

Commitment: Full-time (40 hours per week) | Independent Contractor

Holidays: Flexible to observe US/SA holidays

Level: Junior-Mid

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive offshore Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across technical, operations, and corporate roles. This role will focus on sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while partnering closely with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, databases, and passive sourcing methods
• Screen candidates via resume review and initial interviews
• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain accurate candidate records and pipelines
• Draft and post job advertisements aligned with hiring needs
• Communicate consistently with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience
• Support offer processes, reference checks, and hiring documentation
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates
  
  

• 2+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience (offshore or agency experience preferred)
• Strong sourcing and screening skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple open roles
• Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working US business hours
• Experience recruiting for technical, construction, engineering, or skilled-trade roles is a strong plus
