The Recreation Team Leader coordinates, supervises, and elevates the daily operations of NH Collection Dubai Ibn Battuta’s premium leisure facilities. This includes managing the 8th-floor temperature-controlled rooftop pool, the Skyline Pool Bar, our modern fitness center, the dedicated Kids' Club.

Aligning with the brand’s promise to "feel the extraordinary," this role ensures that all recreational activities, guest touchpoints, and facility conditions consistently comply with NH Collection standards. The ideal candidate balances hyper-vigilant safety management with an intuitive, polished, and highly personalized approach to family, leisure, and corporate guests exploring Dubai. They will directly lead, inspire, and monitor a multi-certified team of recreation and pool attendants to deliver extraordinary moments.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment
• Strong experience in recreation and leisure operations
• Relevant professional licenses and certifications
• Good leadership and team-management skills
• Strong guest service and communication skills
• Knowledge of health, safety, and recreation standards
