About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Recreation Supervisor (Sports & Leisure) role to join Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain. 

 The main duties and responsibilities for this role are:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of sports and leisure facilities, ensuring all areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Supervise and schedule staff, providing training and support to ensure high performance and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Ensure excellent customer service is provided, addressing any guest concerns or complaints promptly and effectively.
• Plan, organize, and oversee a variety of sports and recreational activities and events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet the needs of participants.
• Monitor activities to ensure compliance with health and safety standards, conducting regular safety checks and risk assessments.
• Ensure all sports and recreational equipment is properly maintained, inventoried, and stored.
• Assist in the development and management of budgets for sports and leisure activities, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sports and leisure programs and events to maximize participation.
• Gather feedback from participants to continuously improve programs and services, implementing changes as necessary.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

•  A Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management or any other relevant field.
• A minimum of 3-2 years work experience for a luxury hotel or any other relevant field.
• A Middle East experience.
