About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Chef De Partie to join Jumeirah Saadiyat Island. 

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include: 

• Offer information about the pools, beach and resort in general. Complete Day-to-day activities in line with instructions, guidelines, and standard operating procedures 
• Set up and arrange the pool and beach areas as per standard operation procedures. Set up sun loungers, towels, sun lounges covers and side tables. Open and close umbrellas wherever necessary. 
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and assigned station as per established policies and standards throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures 
• Complete closing duties, including storing all reusable goods, cleaning all equipment and areas, locking refrigerators, restocking items, turning off lights, locking doors, and completing daily cleaning checklist 
• Act as an effective link between the kitchen and service areas to ensure smooth operations and meet services standards 
• Provide hands-on support to the Chefs and Asst. Outlet Manager on all areas of their assigned duties 

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: 

• College Degree in Culinary Arts or similar from an accredited Culinary School.
• 0-1 year of experience in a range of kitchen areas; ideally within the luxury hospitality industry.
