As a Recognition and Partnership Onboarding Officer you will support the implementation of the recognition and partnership strategy and day-to-day operational delivery of employee recognition and partnership programmes, helping to build a culture of appreciation and engagement. Assist in aligning initiatives with the Emirates Groups mission, vision, and values, and work closely with key stakeholders to coordinate, implement, and continuously improve programmes that inspire, motivate, and retain talent.

In This Role, You Will

• Support the identification of potential partners that align with the organisations recognition and engagement objectives.
• Assist in the onboarding process to help ensure smooth integration and alignment with programme goals.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of engagement plans to support ongoing collaboration and long-term value from partnerships
  
  

Qualification

To be considered for this role, you must meet the below requirements:

• Experience in Administration or Human Resources
  
  

Youll Have An Edge If You Have

• Experience in Product Management or Partnership Account Management preferred
• Customer Relationship management is essential
• Proven ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
• Strong analytical and numerical skills and proficient in use of various Microsoft Office packages
