Job Description
The Receptionist is responsible for the front desk of the center to handle all kind of customer queries either by person or over the phone.
Strategic
RESPONSIBILITIES
- To maintain a high standard of customer service at the site and deal with all the customer is a highly professional and cordial manner.
- To keep the counter uncluttered and clean and to give top priority to the work.
- Receive any complaints & forward it to the concerned person.
Operational
- Receiving customers at the front desk by Greeting, Welcoming, & Directing them appropriately.
- To direct customers to the appropriate person in the office.
- Guide & clarify the queries as per the customers request.
- Answering, Screening, Replying & forwarding incoming calls effectively.
- Receiving & Sorting all incoming mails from customers & RTA, as per the management directives.
- Issue token for the queue management system, as per the required service of the customers.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, typing, & faxing in Arabic & English.
- To keep the counter uncluttered and clean and to give top priority to the work.
People Management
- To maintain a high standard of customer service at the site and deal with all the customer in a highly professional and cordial manner.
- Managing customers of any Nationality.
- Handling the customers during the peak hours and dealing with angry customers.
- Direct customers with incomplete documents properly in order to help them accurately and without fail.
Product/Process Improvement
- Answering customers enquiries which are not related to our business.
- Promote the center services such as Comprehensive test, Sensitization, Typing, Printing etc. (Up-selling).
Qualifications
Education & Certifications:
- Any degree from a recognized Higher Secondary School.
Knowledge & Skill
- Communication, Multitasking, Prioritizing, Organization, Technical skills, Interpersonal skills, Initiative and problem-solving abilities, Dependability.
Experience
- Minimum 1 years experience in Customer Service & Customer Handling.
- Additional in the office management is highly preferable.
- The candidate should pass the RTA interview.
