Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and visitors with a friendly and positive attitude.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to relevant staff quickly and efficiently.
  • Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and welcoming at all times.
  • Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are set up appropriately.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing.
  • Provide information and assistance to clients and visitors in a professional manner.
  • Manage and update the office contact lists and directories regularly.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders to replenish stock when necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operational efficiency.
  • Support other departments with administrative tasks as and when required.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and in accordance with company policies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer service role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
  • Highly motivated with a personable attitude and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
