Job Description
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for our guests and clients.
Greet and direct visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome
Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently
Handle check-in and check-out procedures for guests and visitors
Address inquiries and provide prompt solutions to client needs
Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments
Process and distribute incoming mail and packages
Assist with basic office management duties
Support other departments with clerical tasks as needed
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in front office operations or customer service preferred
Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client satisfaction
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if required
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Knowledge of local business etiquette and cultural norms
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
