About Wynn Al Marjan Island:

Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club. It will feature multiple swimming and wading pools, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a celebrations and events center.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Receptionist – Spa Operations to join the resort’s Spa Operations team.

Responsibilities

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
• Manage spa reservations, cancellations, and confirmations using spa management software.
• Provide accurate information about spa services, packages, promotions, and retail products.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and courteously.
• Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.
• Maintain daily appointment schedules and coordinate with therapists and attendants.
• Monitor inventory of front desk supplies and retail products.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures of the spa reception area.
• Ensure qualitative Forbes Five Star standards are delivered.
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and inviting at all times.
• Promote spa services and retail products to guests.
• Support marketing initiatives and seasonal promotions.
• Track and report on guest feedback and sales performance.
  
  

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a spa, wellness, or hospitality setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in spa booking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of spa treatments and wellness products is an advantage.
