The Receptionist at Hotel 26D25 is the first point of contact for guests and plays a critical role in ensuring guest satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression of the hotel.
  • Efficiently check guests in and out, managing room assignments accurately.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them appropriately within the hotel.
  • Assist guests with inquiries about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications using the hotel booking system.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness standards.
  • Resolve guest complaints or refer them to the appropriate manager when necessary.
  • Maintain a clean, organized reception area to promote a professional environment.
  • Process guest payments and manage financial transactions accurately and securely.
  • Update guest records and maintain confidentiality of personal information.
  • Coordinate with security to ensure guest safety and hotel security protocols are followed.
  • Remain informed about hotel events, promotions, and amenities to assist guests better.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and hotel management software is required.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
