Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information in response to inquiries and requests.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area at all times.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.
  • Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Ensure proper security protocols for visitors and employees are followed.
  • Perform basic administrative and clerical duties as required.
  • Coordinate effectively with other departments and team members.
  • Maintain an updated log of daily visitors and calls received.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination, as directed.
  • Provide support in handling customer complaints or concerns professionally.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in customer service roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Friendly and professional with a positive attitude towards work challenges.
