Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in customer service roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency with office management software such as MS Office.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in demanding situations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and staff.
