We are seeking a highly motivated and personable Receptionist cum Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist clients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Manage incoming calls efficiently and direct them to appropriate departments.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable to provide a positive impression.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve customer issues with professionalism and promptness.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for meeting rooms and personnel.
  • Maintain and update client records with accurate and current information.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and document preparation.
  • Coordinate and manage the distribution of mail and courier deliveries.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve customer service procedures and standards.
  • Provide information about company services, products, and special promotions.
  • Process customer transactions and handle cash, credit, or other forms of payments.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to ensure service improvements are implemented.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is preferred.
  • Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Familiarity with customer service principles and practices is beneficial.
  • Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor under pressure or stressful situations.
