Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Receptionist for our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring they receive a warm and professional welcome. This role involves managing the front desk with a high level of customer service, managing communications, and providing administrative support across the organization. Our Receptionist will help set the tone for the entire experience for anyone visiting our offices. You must be organized, personable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and confidentiality. Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet visitors with a positive and helpful attitude.
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls professionally.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Provide basic and accurate information to clients and visitors as required.
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail and deliveries efficiently.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access.
  • Arrange travel and accommodations and prepare vouchers if needed.
  • Manage appointments and schedule meetings for office staff effectively.
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
  • Support the administrative needs of the office, including ordering supplies.
  • Coordinate with facility management for needed maintenance or improvements.
  • Assist with various office projects and administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist or similar role is essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Customer service attitude with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • High school degree; additional certification in office management is a plus.
