Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently and courteously.
  • Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail with attention to accuracy.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room availability as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to management and other staff members.
  • Maintain an organized and professional reception area at all times.
  • Monitor and order office supplies to ensure availability when required.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of company correspondence.
  • Update internal databases and maintain accurate records as necessary.
  • Handle customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.
  • Play an integral role in upholding office security and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate maintenance of office equipment to ensure continued operations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a reception, customer service, or similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and standard office equipment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are highly valued.
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor is required.
  • Ability to work independently while being a team player simultaneously.
