Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate personnel or department.
  • Maintain the front desk area in a tidy and organized manner.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, conference rooms, and appointments as needed.
  • Provide accurate information to visitors about the organization and its services.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
  • Coordinate with internal staff and departments for various administrative functions.
  • Ensure security protocols are followed by monitoring visitor access and issuing badges.
  • Perform basic clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, and data entry tasks.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints with professionalism.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Support administrative projects and assist other departments when required.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment usage.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Professional appearance and attitude to represent the company appropriately.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
