Job Description

The Receptionist 01A26 role is an integral part of our organization’s front-line team, acting as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. In this position, you will manage the flow of guests and clients within the office, ensuring that they feel welcome and attended to. As a vital communication hub, the Receptionist 01A26 needs to adeptly handle multiple tasks while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially, and efficiently manage basic administrative tasks. Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist all visitors with professionalism and a welcoming attitude.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain the reception area to ensure it remains tidy and organized.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments for staff members.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries accurately.
  • Update and maintain office records and databases with confidentiality.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and photocopying.
  • Provide general support to staff and management as needed.
  • Order office supplies and monitor stock levels to maintain inventory.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Ensure compliance with security and safety protocols within the workspace.
  • Engage with clients and staff to enhance their overall experience.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
