Job Description

The Reception Manager in the automotive sector serves as the pivotal point of contact for clients and oversees the front desk operations to ensure a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement processes for improving client experiences and team efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Reception Manager or similar supervisory role is essential.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage various responsibilities concurrently.
  • Excellent communication and people skills to interact with diverse clientele.
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry and familiarity with dealership operations preferred.
  • Proficient in using office management software and database systems effectively.
  • Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office management are preferred.
