Rebar Detailer

Key Responsibilities:Prepare detailed reinforcement drawings, bar bending schedules (BBS), and shop drawings from structural and architectural plans.Review and interpret structural drawings, specifications, and project requirements.Coordinate with structural engineers, architects, and site teams to resolve detailing issues.Ensure compliance with UAE construction codes, ACI, BS, and relevant project standards.Perform quantity take-offs and verify rebar requirements for accuracy.Prepare as-built rebar drawings and documentation for project handover.Use CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, Tekla, or similar) to produce precise rebar details and layouts.Maintain drawing records and revisions according to project quality control procedures.Qualifications & Skills:Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience as a Rebar Detailer, specifically in high-rise tower construction within the UAE or GCC.Proficiency in AutoCAD, RebarCAD, Tekla Structures, or similar detailing software.
